| 英文摘要 | Purpose: To investigate upper-extremity kinematics and muscle activation patterns in amateur tenpin bowlers with different throwing styles, and to characterize the style-specific kinematic and neuromuscular demands. Methods: Twenty-seven male amateur bowlers (age 31.2 ± 7.2 yr; height 170.2 ± 4.7 cm; mass 70.9 ± 8.7 kg) were divided into straight (n = 9), hook (n = 9), and spin (n = 9) groups. Wrist and elbow range of motion (ROM) angles and four muscles (biceps brachii, BB; triceps brachii, TB; wrist flexor, FCU; and extensor, ECR) were recorded using a data logger and camcorder. EMG data were normalized to maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC), and per-participant averages of 16 throws were calculated. Group differences were examined using ANCOVA with ball mass as a covariate. The significance level was set at α = 0.05. Results: Spin bowlers had the highest maximal wrist extension (p < .001) and radial deviation angular velocity (p < .001) during backswing, and the largest peak-to-peak wrist flexion (p < .05) and deviation (p < .05) angular velocity changes during forward swing than other styles. Hook bowlers showed higher FCU during backswing (p = .018), while spin bowlers had lower FCU, higher ECR, and a lower FCU/ECR ratio near release (p = .005- .012); BB and TB showed no differences. Conclusions: Wrist and elbow kinematics and EMG patterns differed in bowling style. Spin bowlers exhibited higher angular velocities and peak-to-peak changes, while straight bowlers had smaller ROM angles during follow-through. Wrist EMG showed style-specific FCU/ECR activation patterns. |
