| 中文摘要 | 農村再生條例自2010年正式頒佈實施至今已歷16個年頭,農業部農村發展及水土保持署於2011年開始舉辦「大專生洄游農村競賽」,今年業已邁入第15屆,歷年來合計吸引國內外大專院校不同系所超過千餘隊報名參加初賽,進入決選實際至場域駐村之隊伍(包含國際隊)亦超過300餘隊、超過二千位學生進入農村社區發揮其專業,本競賽活動亦於2015年12月在美國華頓商學院頒發的2015年「全球教育創新獎」榮獲亞洲區銅獎,每年每屆參與駐村之團隊均於暑期駐村後展現不同之專業力、活力與創意力成果,本文以東海大學近三年參與第13屆至第15屆大專生洄游農村之跨系團隊為例,針對「團隊學生活動操作過程」與「團隊學生活動成果呈現」兩大面向,分別提出各項說明與分析,並就參與團隊之角度,對於學生參與競賽後在大學教育產生之影響力進行論述之。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Rural Regeneration Act was officially enacted in 2010 and has been in effect for 16 years. Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation, M.O.A. began hosting the "Rural up" in 2011. This year marks its 15th year. Over the years, the competition has attracted over a thousand teams from various departments of domestic and international colleges and universities to participate in the preliminary rounds. Over 300 teams (including international teams) have made it to the finals to participate in the actual field placements in rural areas. Over 2,000 students have been able to demonstrate their expertise in rural communities. The competition also launched in December 2015 in the United States. Wharton School's 2015 Reimagine Education Award won the Bronze Award in the Asia region. Each year, participating teams demonstrate distinct expertise, vitality, and creativity after their summer residency. This study as the example of Tunghai University's interdepartmental teams participating in the 13th, 14th, and 15th editions of Rural up over the past three years. This study provides explanations and analyses of the "team student activity process" and "team student activity results presentation," discussing the impact of participating in the competition on university education from the perspective of the participating teams. |
