| 中文摘要 | 當社會大眾對於司法改革及法治教育感到不信任時,或許需要重新反思現有的教育系統中,有關法律知能養成的內生限制,從學習階段進行人格及道德的雕塑。但揆諸現有的大考制度,仍多以技術養成人才為導向,國語、英文、數學、自然等學門成為大專院校的入學優先標準,但現今的社會科卻面臨到授課時數限制、薪資低等問題。有鑑於此,本文透過文獻及課程概要分析等方式,試圖探討司法改革之於法治教育,乃至大專院校的通識課程,應與國高中公民課程之間的連結,及對現況提出修正之建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | When the public loses trust in judicial reform and rule of law education, it is necessary to reconsider the inherent limitations of the current education system in developing legal knowledge and skills and to focus on shaping character and moral values at each stage of learning. Under the existing high-stakes examination system, however, technical subjects such as Mandarin, English, mathematics, and science remain the priority for university admission, while social sciences suffer from limited instructional hours and low salaries. In response, this paper uses literature review and curriculum outline analysis to explore the role of judicial reform in rule of law education, to examine how university general education courses can be linked with secondary school civic curricula, and to propose recommendations for improvement. |
