| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討高中籃球運動員的家長支持、課業壓力、團隊凝聚力與運動表現之間的關係,並闡明這些因素如何相互作用,以提供學生運動員更完善的支持策略。本研究採用問卷調查法,針對臺灣高中籃球運動員進行研究。樣本選自參與高中籃球聯賽的學生運動員,共計211名受試者完成問卷,有效問卷回收率為98.2%。結果顯示在不同類別對家長支持、課業壓力、團隊凝聚力及運動表現之比較中,年齡與就讀年級對課業壓力和團隊凝聚力具有顯著差異、北部學生球員對課業壓力之感受顯著高於東部或外島地區,其他則無顯著差異。而在家長支持、課業壓力、團隊凝聚力及運動表現之間之關聯性研究中,家長支持、課業壓力及團隊凝聚力對運動表現均有顯著正向影響,而家長支持與課業壓力對團隊凝聚力也具有顯著正向影響。根據研究結果,研究者針對課業壓力的調適策略、促進團隊凝聚力之策略、提升家長支持的策略,以及運動表現綜合發展策略等面向提出本研究之建議,並建議未來可進行縱貫性研究追蹤學生球員在不同階段的變化。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the relationships among parental support, academic pressure, team cohesion, and athletic performance in high school basketball players, as well as to elucidate how these factors interact to provide more effective support strategies for student-athletes. A questionnaire survey method was employed, targeting high school basketball players in Taiwan. The sample consisted of 211 student-athletes participating in the High School Basketball League, with an effective response rate of 98.2%. The results revealed significant differences in academic pressure and team cohesion based on age and grade level, with northern-region players reporting significantly higher academic pressure than their counterparts in the eastern or offshore regions. No significant differences were found in other demographic categories. In the analysis of the relationships among parental support, academic pressure, team cohesion, and athletic performance, all three variables-parental support, academic pressure, and team cohesion-demonstrated significant positive effects on athletic performance. Additionally, parental support and academic pressure were found to have significant positive impacts on team cohesion. Based on these findings, this study offers practical recommendations in several areas, including strategies for managing academic pressure, enhancing team cohesion, increasing parental support, and fostering holistic development in athletic performance. The study also suggests that future research could adopt a longitudinal approach to track the changes in student-athletes across different developmental stages. |
