| 中文摘要 | 本研究以日本戰列艦「大和號」為設計靈感, 開發一艘多功能無人船,結合結構設計、3D 列印製 作、水動力性能分析與智慧控制技術,探索船體製 造與性能優化的可能性。設計方面,利用 Rhino 軟體 建構流線型船殼,並設計三區艙室以安裝感測、控 制及推進裝置。性能分析中,透過浮力與重力分佈 計算,驗證船體的穩定性與結構強度。推進系統選 用 RS-540 直流馬達與 MG996R 伺服馬達,實現精確 的轉速控制與靈活操縱;感測系統整合影像辨識、 聲音偵測與光源感測功能,結合 myRIO 與 LabVIEW 實現即時導航與控制。製作過程採用 FDM 3D 列印 技術,經多次防水與結構強化處理,最終完成的模 型在水上測試中展現優異性能。研究成果顯示,本 系統具備高穩定性、靈活性與可靠性,為智慧船隻 的設計與應用提供了創新實踐與參考價值。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study draws design inspiration from the Japanese battleship “Yamato” to develop a multifunctional unmanned vessel. Combining structural design, 3D printing, hydrodynamic performance analysis, and intelligent control technologies, the research explores possibilities for hull manufacturing and performance optimization. In terms of design, streamlined hulls were constructed using Rhino software, and a three-compartment cabin layout was created to house sensing, control, and propulsion systems. Performance analysis included calculations of buoyancy and gravity distribution to validate the stability and structural integrity of the vessel. The propulsion system utilizes RS-540 DC motors and MG996R servo motors to achieve precise speed control and agile maneuverability. The sensing system integrates image recognition, sound detection, and light sensing capabilities, enabling real- time navigation and control through the use of myRIO and LabVIEW. The manufacturing process employed FDM 3D printing technology, followed by multiple waterproofing and structural reinforcement treatments. The final model demonstrated excellent performance during water testing. The research results indicate that the system offers high stability, flexibility, and reliability, providing innovative practices and reference value for intelligent vessel design and applications. |
