| 英文摘要 | Breast cancer ranks first in the incidence rate of female cancers in Taiwan. According to the latest cancer registration report from the Ministry of Health and Welfare at the end of 2020, more than 2,000 patients die from breast cancer every year, which is equivalent to more than 40 women being diagnosed with breast cancer every day, and 6 Losing life to breast cancer. Breast cancer can be detected and treated early through screening. According to statistics from the National Health Service, as many as 83% of early breast cancer cases are detected through screening, and the five-year survival rate exceeds 90%. The growth rate of breast cancer is high and there is a trend of gradually getting younger. Clinically, young patients are becoming more and more common. Therefore, women should start breast imaging screening as early as possible. This study uses the number of women in Taiwan to count how many people in Taiwan undergo breast ultrasound and mammography to prevent the occurrence of breast cancer early. It uses the Cox-Stuart Test to explore whether Taiwanese women are afraid of the occurrence of breast cancer and lead to annual irradiation. The number of people undergoing breast ultrasound is gradually increasing. The Kruskal-Wallis Test is used to compare the number of breast ultrasound examinations in different age groups, or the Ansari-Bradley Test is used to explore the difference between the number of people who undergo breast ultrasound and the number of people who undergo mammography. |
