| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討代間學習方案在社區關懷據點的實施經驗與成效,旨在因應人口快速老化及家庭結構變遷所衍生之世代疏離問題。本研究以台中市某社區關懷據點為場域,設計並執行為期10週的「畫我一生—老人生命故事繪本製作」課程,透過參與式觀察及非結構式訪談蒐集質性資料,深入了解代間學習在實務場域的具體效益與挑戰。研究結果顯示,長者在課程中其情緒由抗拒轉為積極,並於多元創作與分享活動中明顯提升自信與生活滿意度。另一方面,年輕世代透過參與生命故事敘述及繪本共創,對長者生命經驗產生新奇感與敬意,消解了代間的隔閡與刻板印象,促進同理心與代際認同的形成。本研究指出,生命故事繪本作為跨世代溝通的創意媒介,不僅串連家庭記憶,更促進社區凝聚與文化傳承,並將長者從被動照顧者轉變為經驗傳承者。雖然年輕世代參與度尚有提升空間,且活動頻率與持續性需加強,整體而言,代間學習方案展現出強大的跨世代影響力,對高齡化社會中家庭支持與社會福祉的可持續發展具有重要參考價值。建議未來政策制定應將代間學習納入長期照護與教育體系,結合數位媒體及多元交流平台,營造持續而廣泛的跨世代互動環境。此外,期望透過政府、學術與社區三方合作,加強跨領域資源整合,推動代間共學模式的多元發展,以實踐台灣高齡社會之「世代共好」願景。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study points out that life story picture books, as a creative medium for cross-generational communication, not only connect family memories but also promote community cohesion and cultural inheritance, transforming the elderly from passive care recipients into bearers of experience. Although there is still room for improvement in the participation of the younger generation, and the frequency and continuity of the activities need to be enhanced, the intergenerational learning program as a whole has demonstrated a powerful cross-generational impact. It holds significant reference value for the sustainable development of family support and social well-being in an aging society. It is recommended that future policymaking should integrate intergenerational learning into long-term care and education systems, combined with digital media and diverse communication platforms, to create a continuous and extensive environment for cross-generational interaction. Furthermore, it is hoped that through the collaboration of government, academia, and the community, the integration of cross-disciplinary resources can be strengthened to promote the diversified development of intergenerational co-learning models, in order to realize the vision of "generational harmony" in Taiwan's aging society. |
