| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討國小教師人境適配與組織公民行為之關係,以及進行不同背景變項在人境適配與組織公民行為差異分析,以線上問卷調查方式蒐集了400位國小教師有效資料,經t檢定、單因子變異數以及迴歸分析後,主要研究發現如下:一、不同教育程度、聘任情況、年齡與職務在人境適配有顯著差異。二、性別、年齡與聘任情況的組織公民行為有顯著差異。三、人境適配對組織公民行為有部分顯著影響力。根據以上研究發現本研究提出一些建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between person-environment fit and organizational citizenship behavior of elementary school teachers, as well as to examine the differences in these variables across various demographic backgrounds. This study employed an online survey to examine the relationships between person-environment fit and organizational citizenship behavior among elementary school teachers. A total of 400 teachers participated in the survey. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and regression analyses. The results revealed three major findings. First, person-environment fit differed significantly across education level, employment status, age, and job position. Second, organizational citizenship behavior varied significantly by gender, age, and employment status. Third, person-environment fit exerted a partially significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. These findings provide empirical evidence for the role of demographic and contextual factors in shaping teachers organizational behaviors and underscore the importance of fostering a supportive environment to enhance both person-environment fit and organizational citizenship behavior in educational settings. Based on the research findings, this study provides some suggestions for practitioner. |
