| 中文摘要 | 目的:醫院組織是一多元團體組合,其病人安全文化是否對組織公民行為造成影響,故本研究以某醫院員工來探討病人安全文化與組織公民行為的相關性。方法:採取橫斷式問卷調查,量表分三部分,第一部分為人口學變項共計10題。第二部分為醫策會授權使用「病人安全態度量表」30題。第三部分為「組織公民行為」,參考國內外研究者發表之期刊設計14題。經專家效度檢定CVI值為0.91,Cronbach's α值為0.952。有效回收問卷共603份,有效回收率為75.38%。結果:病人安全文化中有五個構面包含「團隊合作」(r=0.65)、「安全風氣」(r=0.65)、「工作滿意度」(r=0.69)、「管理部門感受」(r=0.60)、「工作環境感受」(r=0.66)與組織公民行為呈顯著正相關。複迴歸分析得知工作滿意度及工作環境感受對組織公民行為的影響最大。結論:管理者可藉由提升員工對工作環境的感受及對工作的滿意度以增加員工組織公民行為。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objectives: A hospital organization consists of diverse groups. The literature suggests a significant association between organizational citizenship behavior and patient safety. Therefore, this study explores the correlation between patient safety culture and employees'organizational citizenship behavior in the study hospital. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional questionnaire survey divided into three parts. The first part consisted of 10 demographic variables. The second part included the "Patient Safety Attitude Scale", which was authorized by the Joint Commission of Taiwan and comprised 30 questions. The third part focused on "Organizational Citizenship Behavior" and was based on the design of 14 questions from journal papers. The expert validity test yielded a CVI value of 0.91, and the Cronbach's α value was 0.952. A total of 603 questionnaires were completed effectively, yielding a return rate of 75.38%. Results: There are five dimensions of patient safety culture, including "teamwork climate" (r=0.65), "safety climate" (r=0.65), "job satisfaction"(r=0.69), "perceptions of management"(r=0.60), and "perception of the work environment"(r=0.66), all of which were significantly correlated with organizational citizenship behavior. Multiple regression analysis revealed that "job satisfaction" and "perception of the work environment" had the most substantial impact on the organizational citizenship behavior of hospital employees. Conclusion: Managers can enhance employees' organizational citizenship behavior by improving their job satisfaction and perception of the work environment. |
