| 英文摘要 | Since May 2021, in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education has implemented the " Suspending Classes without Suspending Learning" policy. Under this policy, students engaged in online learning from home, making online instruction the primary teaching mode during the pandemic. This study investigated the high school teachers’ satisfaction of with synchronous online teaching and examined the factors that influence it. Using the perspective of Social Cognitive Theory (Compeau & Higgins [20]), that study identified three key factors: online teaching self-efficacy, course practicability, and digital teaching design. It also explored how these factors impact teachers' expected teaching effectiveness and teaching satisfaction, to develop the research model and hypotheses. Employing an empirical survey method, collecting 351 questionnaire responses, and using Smart PLS 3.0 for statistical analysis. The results indicated that: (1) Online teaching self-efficacy positively influences expected teaching effectiveness. (2) Digital teaching material design positively influences expected teaching effectiveness. (3) Expected teaching effectiveness positively influences teaching satisfaction. The findings enhanced our understanding of the factors influencing the effectiveness and satisfaction of online teaching for high school teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic and provided valuable insights for future research on online learning issues. |
