| 中文摘要 | 學前融合教育雖獲政策與法令保障,但實務推行仍面臨挑戰。本文透過文獻與法令回顧,分析教保服務人員在學前融合教育中的困境與專業知能需求。結果顯示,主要困境包括班級經營、課程與教學、系統支持及親師合作。此外,現行職前與在職培訓不足,難以有效應對特殊需求幼兒的個別化教育需求與跨專業協作,且資源分配與行政支持仍有不足。為提升融合教育品質,建議強化專業知能培訓、完善支援系統,並促進家長、學校與專業團隊合作,以確保所有幼兒皆能在適切的學習環境中成長。 |
| 英文摘要 | Although preschool inclusive education is supported by policies and legal regulations, its practical implementation still faces challenges. This study reviews literature and legal frameworks to analyze the difficulties encountered by preschool educators and their professional competency needs in inclusive education. The findings indicate that major challenges include classroom management, curriculum and instruction, system support, and parent-teacher communication. Additionally, current pre-service and in-service training programs are insufficient to effectively address the individualized educational needs of children with special needs and interdisciplinary collaboration. Furthermore, resource allocation and administrative support remain inadequate. To enhance the quality of inclusive education, it is recommended to strengthen professional competency training, improve support systems, and promote collaboration among parents, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that all children can learn and grow in an appropriate educational environment. |
