| 中文摘要 | 在全球淨零轉型浪潮將智慧效率技術推向產業核心戰略地位的背景下,美、 日、韓等科技強權已透過各自獨特的專利佈局策略,形塑出截然不同的國家級創 新模式。研究顯示,美國透過掌握雲端 AI 與數據平台建構數位生態系制高點; 日本則憑藉精密硬體製造實力打造從零組件到系統整合的技術壁壘;韓國發揮其 ICT 產業優勢,利用龐大的消費性電子市場基礎,迅速將能源管理服務導入既有 生態圈。 本文進一步分析三國在智慧效率與能源管理等核心技術領域的佈局差異,揭 示全球智慧效率技術正從硬體效能提升轉向系統級智慧與數據服務。針對台灣在 全球供應鏈中的獨特定位,建議聚焦於發展高效能功率模組、低功耗 AI 晶片及 利基型演算法等核心技術,為不同國家生態系提供關鍵零組件與軟體服務,藉此 在全球智慧效率產業變革中找到具備高附加價值的利基市場與永續競爭優勢。 |
| 英文摘要 | Amid the global transition toward net-zero emissions, smart efficiency technologies have emerged as a core strategic pillar within industrial transformation. Technological powerhouses such as the United States, Japan, and South Korea have each developed distinctive national innovation paradigms through differentiated patent deployment strategies. The findings indicate that the United States has established a dominant position in the digital ecosystem by leveraging cloud-based artificial intelligence and data platforms. Japan, capitalizing on its strengths in precision hardware manufacturing, has constructed technological barriers that extend from component development to system integration. Meanwhile, South Korea has utilized its robust ICT industry and extensive consumer electronics market to rapidly embed energy management services into its existing industrial ecosystem. This study further reveals the divergent paths among these three nations in the strategic deployment of smart efficiency and energy management technologies. The analysis reveals a global technological shift—from hardware-centric performance enhancement toward system-level intelligence and data-driven service models. Considering Taiwan’s unique position within global supply chains, this paper recommends a focused development of core technologies such as high-efficiency power modules, low-power AI chips, and specialized algorithms. By serving as a key provider of critical components and software solutions for diverse national ecosystems, Taiwan can cultivate high–value-added niche markets and establish sustainable competitive advantages amid the ongoing transformation of the global smart efficiency industry. |
