| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在探討教保服務人員實施幼兒大肌肉活動專業能力 與教學困境的現況、並分析不同背景變項的教保服務人員,在實施幼兒 大肌肉活動之專業能力與教學困境的差異性與兩者間的相關性。方法: 以自編調查問卷為研究工具、任教於臺灣地區幼兒園的教保服務人員為 研究對象,採分層叢集取樣寄出 1,000 份、回收有效問卷 815 份。結果: 一、教保服務人員實施幼兒大肌肉活動之專業能力達中上、良好程度, 各面向表現以教學執行能力最佳,其他依序是活動設計能力、設備運用 能力、教學評量能力。教保服務人員自覺實施幼兒大肌肉活動面臨之教 學困境達中等偏低程度,兩個面向困境以內控因素最高,其次是外控因 素。二、教保服務人員在實施幼兒大肌肉活動之專業能力會因個人年齡、 主要授課者、使用的教材資源、參與相關研習課程等背景變項不同,而 有顯著差異。三、教保服務人員實施幼兒大肌肉活動教學困境會因個人 年齡、主要授課者、實施的時間、使用的教材資源、參與相關研習課程 等背景變項不同,而有顯著差異。四、教保服務人員實施幼兒大肌肉活 動之專業能力與其自覺之教學困境達顯著負相關。結論:本研究根據調 查結果建議教保服務人員能運用多元的大肌肉活動參考資源進行幼兒 大肌肉活動的教學,並積極參與各項與幼兒大肌肉活動相關的研習,此 外,建議教育相關單位多舉辦與大肌肉活動相關的研習課程,以及未來研究者可以增加質性研究以彌補量化研究之不足。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: This study investigated the situation of professional ability and teaching difficulties when preschool educators implemented the gross motor activities for young children. The correlation and difference between different background variations preschool educators who implemented professional ability and teaching difficulties of young children gross motor activities were analyzed. Methods: The questionnaires for preschool educators in Taiwan whom was selected by stratified cluster sample were sent 1,000 and about 815 effectively questionnaires were received. Results: 1. The professional ability when preschool educators implemented the gross motor activities for young children was above-moderate. The best performance was the ability of teaching execution and followed by the ability of activity design, ability of equipment operation and ability of teaching assessment. The teaching difficulties were medium to low when preschool educators implemented the gross motor activities for young children. The internal control was the most influential factor and followed by the external control factor. 2. The professional ability when preschool educators implemented the gross motor activities for young children was significantly affected by the age, main instructor, teaching resource and participating in relevant courses. 3. The teaching difficulties when preschool educators implemented the gross motor activities for young children were significantly affected by the age of preschool educators, main instructor, execution time, teaching resource, and participating in relevant courses. 4. The professional ability and teaching difficulties of preschool educators toward young children gross motor activities were significant negative correlation. Conclusion: Based on the survey results, this study recommends that preschool educators can use a variety of gross motor activity reference resources to teach young children gross motor activities and actively participate in various studies related to young children's gross motor activities. In addition, it is recommended that education-related units hold more study courses related to gross motor activities, and that future researchers can increase qualitative research to make up for the shortcomings of quantitative research. |
