| 中文摘要 | 目前國內捷運月台門檢修排程方式多為人工經驗規劃與指派,過程不僅費 時且缺乏彈性與效率,若營運環境改變,就必須耗時重新進行排程規劃。有鑑 於此,本研究透過時空網路流動技巧與數學規劃方法,考量捷運檢修人員每日 工時、車站檢修時間及車輛旅行時間等相關實務限制,以最小化總作業時間為 目標,構建捷運月台門預防檢修作業排程模式,並以某捷運公司的一個月檢修 資料進行實際測試,透過 CPLEX 最佳化軟體進行求解與敏感度分析。測試結 果顯示模式求解品質良好,效率性高,後續可提供捷運公司管理者進行月台門 預防檢修排程之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | In practice, the scheduling of preventive maintenance for MRT platform screen doors in Taiwan is usually done manually by planning personnel, relying on their experience and past operating records. This method is not only time-consuming but also lacks effectiveness and efficiency. When the operational environment changes, the scheduling must be redone, further increasing the time required. To address this issue, we apply network flow techniques to develop a preventive maintenance scheduling model for MRT platform screen doors in Taiwan, with the objective of minimizing the total working time, subject to the related operating constraints. The model is formulated as a binary integer network flow problem with side constraints and the C computer language, coupled with the CPLEX mathematical programming software, is employed to solve the problem. Computational tests, along with sensitivity analyses, are performed using data from Taiwan’s MRT company. The results demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed model in scheduling preventive maintenance for MRT platform screen doors in Taiwan. |
