| 英文摘要 | Clinical nurses perennially work in high-pressure environments, making them more vulnerable to physical and mental health issues, including sleep disturbances, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and depression. These psychological matters can further affect nursing staff's willingness to remain in their positions and the quality of patient care they provide. Consequently, the mental health of nursing staff is a critical subject matter. This article explores the stress experienced by clinical nurses, the impact of occupational strain on health, the impact of turnover and hence proposing strategies for coping with psychological stress. There are three levels of coping strategies proposed: (1) Individual level: practicing mindfulness and emotional regulation programs, engaging in leisure activities, emotional expression and seeking diverse sources of support, cultivating a sense of humor, laughter, and enhancing professional competence-all of those contribute to building psychological resilience; (2) Team level: emphasizing peer support and stress-relief activities to foster a sense of belonging and team cohesion; (3) Organizational level: implementing supportive leadership, reasonable scheduling, and mental health monitoring to promote a friendly and respectful workplace culture. This article also calls for organizational level of attention to nurses' mental health. Narrowly speaking, only when nurses are physically and mentally healthy will they be capable of providing stable and sustainable patient care, thereby reducing turnover rates and improving overall healthcare quality. |
