| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討人工智慧(AI)技術在社會工作教育課程中的應用,特別聚焦於如何透過生成式人工智慧(GAI)提升學生大數據分析與服務創新能力。作者呈現實際教學案例,介紹多種人工智慧工具在社會工作課程中的實踐,例如,Chatgpt生成Python語法於Colab執行數據分析、Bolt.new製作APP、Napkin AI視覺化數據圖表及GitHub人臉識別技術應用等。人工智慧導入社會工作教育課程學習實作結果顯示,AI技術不僅能提升社會工作教育的效能,還有助於學生掌握數據分析技能,發展出所謂的人工智慧素養。在人工智慧導入社會工作教育課程學習實踐後,作者針對參與人工智慧導入社會工作教育課程學習實作的150名學生進行前後測,將原始分數轉換成百分制,進行統計分析。分析結果顯示學生的人工智慧素養有顯著提升。同時,作者也對人工智慧導入社會工作教育的教學實踐進行深度反思,釐清AI應用同時帶來數據隱私、倫理風險及專業自主性挑戰等等議題。本文強調在人工智慧導入社會工作教育實踐中應加強倫理教育及推廣免費資源,確保AI應用能夠促進社會福利服務的品質提升。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in social work education, with a particular focus on how generative AI (GAI) can enhance students' big data analysis and service innovation capabilities. The author presents real-world teaching cases, introducing various AI tools applied in social work courses. Examples include using Chatgpt to generate Python scripts for data analysis in Colab, developing a community elderly health survey application with Bolt.new, visualizing data charts with Napkin AI, and applying facial recognition technology from GitHub. The implementation of AI in social work education demonstrates that AI technology not only enhances the effectiveness of social work education but also helps students acquire data analysis skills and develop AI literacy. After integrating AI into social work courses, the author conducted a pretest and posttest on 150 students participating in the AI-integrated curriculum. The raw scores were converted into a percentage scale for statistical analysis. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' AI literacy. Additionally, the author engages in a deep reflection on the teaching practices of AI integration in social work education, addressing critical issues such as data privacy, ethical risks, and professional autonomy challenges. This study emphasizes the need to strengthen ethical education and promote free AI resources to ensure that AI applications contribute to enhancing the quality of social welfare services. |
