| 中文摘要 | 為有效因應國內水資源不足,公共污水處理廠放流水回收再利用已然是不可擋之趨勢。本計畫有幸辦理臺中 市水湳再生水廠之設計,其主要流程係將既有水湳水資中心放流水以 RO 逆滲透處理產製再生水後,輸送至中科 臺中園區使用。水湳再生水廠基地特殊,位於屬重點都市計畫區的水湳經貿園區,建築、都市計畫相關法規嚴格, 且用地地目屬於公園用地,需符合「公共設施用地多目標使用辦法」,又基地可利用面積相當有限,可謂限制重 重。本計畫克服多重的挑戰,完成兼具環工功能及嶄新建築風貌的再生水廠設計,藉以透過本文分享設計經驗。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to effectively cope with the shortage of water resources, the recycling of effluent from public sewage treatment plants has become a significant trend. Taichung Shuinan Water Recycling Plant is a Reverse Osmosis (RO) facility processing with the effluent from the existing Shuinan Water Resources Recycling Center and then providing recycled water for Central Taiwan Science Park. The site of this recycling plant is located in a small public park at the edge of The Shuinan Economic and Trade Park. Considering its unique characters and importance to the city, the design team had to tackle several challenges to fulfill the expectation from the public, the functional needs of the recycling systems, and the strict regulations on urban planning and architecture, including “Public Facilities on Multi-purpose Land Use” and “Building Technical Regulations”. After overcoming all the obstacles during the design process, a new type of water recycling plant that seamlessly merge functionalities of environmental engineering and innovation of architectural design was completed, and it is a privilege to share all those experiences in this article. |
