| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是想探討「雙龍潭生態運動景區遊客旅遊 意 象 、 滿 意 度 與 重 遊 意 願 之 關 係 」, 進 而 瞭 解 旅 遊 意 象 、 滿 意 度 與 重 遊 意 願 之 影 響 效 果。本 研 究 以 2015 年廈門市集美海峽兩岸 運動休閒季遊客為研究對象,獲得 434 位有效樣本,資料 經 線 性結構模式 (SEM) 進行 分析。結果 得知旅遊意象、滿 意度與重 遊意願關係模式是一個可接受的模式;路徑分析得知旅遊意象 對於滿意度、重遊意願有顯著正向的影響效果;滿意度為旅遊 意象與重遊意願之中介因素。本研究結論為,未來景區經營者 應著力於旅遊意象形塑,加深遊客對旅遊的目的感知意象,提 高顧客的滿意度程度,可增強旅客的重遊意願;其次是滿意度 只是影響重遊意願的部份中介,未來可納入其他中介因子來探 討與重遊意願之影響關係,將有助於未來景區經營策略規劃之 參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to establish and prove the model of correlation between tourism images, satisfaction and revisiting intention of the tourists visited the eco logical sport tourism in Shuang Longtan, which helps to understand their impact effects. There are totally 434 tourists as research participants from 2015 Jimei Strait Sports and Recreation Tour held by Xiamen City, Fujian. With the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the result found that it is an acceptable model of correlation between tourism image, satisfaction and revisiting intention, which showed significantly positive relationship between tourism image and revisiting with satisfaction me diating the other two factors. It concluded that scenic spot enterprise should address on the tourism image for improving the tourists’ impression, their satisfaction and achieving revisiting. In addition, besides satisfaction it can be further considered to include other impact factors to investigate how they influence the revisiting intention for optimizing the managing strategy for scenic spots. |
