| 中文摘要 | 伴隨著人工智慧科技(AI)的快速發展,商業服務業正面臨前所未 有的數位轉型契機。本研究透過對批發零售業、倉儲物流業與餐飲 業的應用案例分析,探討人工智慧如何推動營運模式創新與服務升 級。 本研究發現,聊天機器人、語音助理、機器學習、預測分析、 大數據與智慧推薦系統等技術,已廣泛應用於顧客服務、行銷策 略、供應鏈管理及品質控管等面向,可顯著提升服務業的營運效率 與顧客體驗。此外,人工智慧不僅能夠協助企業降低成本、強化決 策能力,亦可創造無人化服務與高度個人化的消費體驗,進一步提 升產業競爭力與永續發展能力。然而,人工智慧應用亦可能帶來資 安風險、勞動結構轉變及法規限制等挑戰。準此,本研究建議政府 應建立人工智慧應用指引,確保企業在導入人工智慧的過程中可兼 顧效率、企業倫理與永續發展,從而形成以人為本的智慧服務體 系。 |
| 英文摘要 | With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), the service sector is undergoing unprecedented digital transformation. This study examines AI applications in wholesale and retail, logistics, and the restaurant industry, exploring how emerging technologies drive innovation in business models and service enhancement. Our findings indicate that chatbots, voice assistants, machine learning, predictive analytics, big data, and recommendation systems have been widely adopted in customer service, marketing, supply chain management, and quality control, significantly improving efficiency and customer experience. AI not only reduces costs and strengthens decision-making support but also fosters unmanned services and highly personalized customer experiences, thereby enhancing competitiveness and sustainable development. Nevertheless, the adoption of AI also raises challenges, including cybersecurity risks, shifts in labor structures, and regulatory constraints. This paper suggests that governments establish AI application guidelines to ensure that enterprises balance efficiency, ethics, and sustainability in implementation, ultimately fostering a people-centered intelligent service system. |
