| 中文摘要 | 大學生往往為準備參加求職考試而修習公文課,但缺乏寫作長期記憶、從零 開始構思,常讓初學者感到焦慮。有鑑於許多語言教學研究已指出:掌握常用的 宿成語塊,能讓口語和書面表達更為道地、精準、流暢,本項教學實踐研究設計, 乃針對 21 名修習公文寫作課程的大學生,先實施兩週的「公文常用語塊教材」 教學,再進行九次的作業練習,並於其中抽取三次「定點觀測作業」,搭配「語 塊選用單」,進行質性觀察與皮爾森(Pearson)相關係數分析。研究結果顯示: 三次作業中有兩次達顯著相關,三次作業的加總亦達顯著相關,故可推知:宿成 語塊在公文寫作的學習上,對學生有正面幫助,公文初學者若能儲存並善加運用 語塊,可提高寫作的成果。但研究中也發現,學生在運用語塊時也會因畫蛇添足 而造成語義偏誤,故仍須在確實了解寫作任務、具備清晰書寫邏輯的前提下,宿 成語塊方能使公文有模有樣且有板有眼,發揮正常效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | When college students take official document writing courses, they often feel anxious because they lack writing experience and do not know how to use the appropriate words and sentences to write an article. Prefabricated chunks are easy to remember, quick to use, and convenient for communication. Many studies on language teaching have pointed out that if students are familiar with prefabricated chunks, their oral and written expressions will be more authentic, precise and fluent. This teaching practice research project is an experiment to improve teaching methods by applying prefabricated language blocks to the teaching of official document writing. 21 students taking the official writing course first studied prefabricated chunks for two weeks, and then practiced nine articles in the next nine weeks. The researcher selected three articles and their "chunk selection exercises" for Pearson correlation analysis and found that two of them were significantly correlated, and the sum of the three articles was also significantly correlated. This means that prefabricated chunks are helpful for beginners to learn official document writing and can improve their writing effectiveness. However, this study also found that if students do not correctly understand the writing task and do not have a clear writing logic, the effect of prefabricated chunks will also be limited. |
