| 中文摘要 | 本研究以世界衛生組織(World Health Organization, WHO)與聯合國教科 文組織(UNESCO)共同倡議的「讓每所學校都成為健康促進學校」(Making Every School a Health-Promoting School)全球標準為理論脈絡,探討南臺灣一所 都會型小學(化名:健康國小)於111至113學年度推動健康體位促進計畫之 發展歷程、策略模式與成效。研究採個案研究法,透過文件分析、校園觀察、 半結構訪談及健康行為數據蒐集,檢視該校如何因應空間侷限、師資負荷與 社區資源限制,逐步建構具在地特色的「SHAPE健康促進方案」。結果顯示, 該校以行政支持與教師專業社群為核心,整合課程教學、家庭參與與社區夥 伴,形塑具制度化與永續性的健康促進模式;學生運動頻率、飲食習慣及體 位指標均呈現顯著改善。研究進一步指出,小校情境中「空間再配置」與「工 作再設計」為推動關鍵,並提出跨校聯盟與區域合作之建議,以提升政策擴散 與永續性。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study, grounded in the WHO–UNESCO global framework Making Every School a Health-Promoting School, investigates the three-year implementation (2022‒2024) of a healthy body weight initiative at a metropolitan elementary school in southern Taiwan (pseudonym: “Healthy Elementary School”). Using an embedded case study design, data was collected through document analysis, on-site observations, semi-structured interviews, and health behavior surveys. Findings show that the school developed a locally adapted SHAPE model (Specific, Healthy, Achievable, Prevention, Enjoyable) that integrated curriculum, administrative support, teacher professional learning communities, family involvement, and community partnerships. Over three years, students’ physical activity frequency, dietary behaviors, and body composition indicators significantly improved. The study highlights micro-space reconfiguration and workload redesign as key strategies for small-school contexts and proposes regional collaboration mechanisms for sustainable scaling-up. |
