| 中文摘要 | 衛福部預估,至 2025 年臺灣每五人中即有一位是長者,隨著各國銀髮族人口持 續增加,醫療與經濟挑戰日益嚴峻,進而影響高齡者的生活品質。本文透過文獻探討 高齡者參與休閒活動對孤獨感之影響,並分析不同類型活動在降低孤獨感方面的成 效。研究結果顯示,規律運動可有效減緩高齡者的孤獨感,其中以團體運動(如太極、 舞蹈、健身課程等)效過最佳,能顯著降低社會孤立感並提升心理健康。相較之下, 個人運動(如居家運動、個人訓練)雖有助於促進身心健康,但因缺乏人際交流,在 緩解孤獨感方面效果較為有限。基於上述發現,建議政府及社區單位積極推廣適合高 齡者的團體運動方案,並提供更多具社交性的活動機會,如銀髮族健身課程及社區戶 外運動,以提升高齡者的心理福祉及生活品質。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Ministry of Health and Welfare estimates that by 2025, one in every five people in Taiwan will be an older adult. As the elderly population continues to grow worldwide, the challenges to healthcare and the economy are becoming increasingly severe, thereby affecting the quality of life of older adults. This paper explores, through a review of literature, the impact of leisure activity participation on loneliness among the elderly, and analyzes the effectiveness of different types of activities in reducing loneliness. The findings indicate that regular physical exercise can effectively alleviate feelings of loneliness in older adults, with group activities(such as Tai Chi, dance, and fitness classes)proving most effective. These group exercises significantly reduce social isolation and enhance mental health. In contrast, individual exercises(such as home workouts or personal training) while beneficial to physical and mental health, are less effective in alleviating loneliness due to the lack of interpersonal interaction. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the government and community organizations actively promote group exercise programs tailored to the elderly and provide more opportunities for social activities, such as senior fitness classes and community outdoor events, to enhance the psychological well-being and quality of life of older adults. |
