| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討執行移動式X光機胸部攝影時,有無被照體在病床床邊與距離病床300公分門外的輻射劑量,探討在病情需求下,醫療團隊如果沒有離開檢查環境,會接收到多少輻射暴露。實驗運用2根點滴架各佈上3個光激發光劑量計(Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeter, OSLD)放置於治療床旁,使用移動式X光機胸部攝影標準參數,OSLD重覆暴露5次後,計算當病床上有無被照體的輻射劑量。研究結果顯示有照體距離病床邊0.221 mSv,無照體距離病床邊0.039 mSv;有照體距離病床直線300公分之門外0.91 mSv,無照體為0.016 mSv。在曝露參數低於100 kVp的情況下,放射師或是醫療團隊,因病人安全與治療需求,執行胸部攝影當下若無任何防護,仍不必太過擔心輻射造成的傷害。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study investigates the radiation doses at the bedside and 300 cm away from the bedside (outside the door) during mobile X-ray chest examinations, both with and without an exposed object. The purpose is to assess the level of radiation exposure received by medical personnel if they remain in the examination environment due to patient safety and treatment needs. The experiment utilized two IV poles, each equipped with three optically stimulated luminescence dosimeters (OSLDs), positioned beside the treatment bed. Using standard parameters for mobile chest X-ray imaging, the OSLDs were exposed five times, and the radiation doses were measured under scenarios with and without an exposed object. The results showed that with an exposed object, the radiation dose at the bedside was 0.221 mSv, while without an exposed object, it was 0.039 mSv. At a distance of 300 cm from the bedside (outside the door), the radiation dose with an exposed object was 0.91 mSv, while without an exposed object, it was 0.016 mSv. Under exposure parameters below 100 kVp, radiologic technologists or medical personnel performing chest X-ray imaging, even without protective measures, do not need to be overly concerned about radiation-induced harm, as the exposure levels remain low to ensure patient safety and treatment needs. |
