| 中文摘要 | 本研究試圖運用結構方程式了解運動熱情與運動樂趣對運動幸福感之影響以及運動樂趣的中介效果。以南臺科技大學參與桌球興趣選項課程189位學生為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,透過運動熱情、運動樂趣及運動幸福感等量表蒐集資料,並以描述性統計、結構方程式等統計方法進行分析。結果發現:參與桌球興趣選項課程之大學生其運動熱情對運動樂趣與運動幸福感具有顯著的影響;運動樂趣對運動幸福感具有顯著的影響;參與桌球興趣選項課程之大學生其運動熱情透過運動樂趣對運動幸福感具有顯著的間接影響。結論:大學生在參與桌球興趣選項課程的過程中,若具有運動熱情,除了能增加其運動樂趣,亦能提升其運動幸福感。建議未來在桌球興趣選項課程設計方面,採用樂趣化的教學方式,激發大學生桌球運動的熱情,讓學生感受到運動樂趣,進而對桌球運動產生興趣,享受桌球運動所帶來的運動幸福感。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships and mediating effects among college students' passion, enjoyment and well-being in sport. The subjects of the research were 189 students who enrolled in table tennis as an elective course at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. A questionnaire was used to collect data about their levels of passion, enjoyment and well-being in sport, and descriptive statistics and structural equation models were used to analyze the responses. The study found that: the passion of college students participating in table tennis classes had a significant impact on their enjoyment and sense of well-being in sport; the enjoyment of college students participating in table tennis classes had a significant impact on well-being in sport; the enjoyment of college students participating in table tennis classes had a significant mediating effect between passion and well-being in sport. Conclusion: If students participating in table tennis courses have a passion for sport, it can not only increase their enjoyment of sport but also promote a sense of sporting well-being. It is recommended that future course designs of elective table tennis classes adopt fun-based teaching methods to stimulate college students' passion for table tennis, help them experience the enjoyment of sport, promote their interest in table tennis, and enable them to enjoy the sense of sporting well-being that table tennis can bring. |
