| 中文摘要 | 阿里山森林鐵路58公里處2009年因莫拉克風災崩坍中斷,經重建原預定2015年底全線通車,但當年9月的杜鵑颱風肆虐又造成崩坍中斷。為安全永續,採新建1,106公尺的42號隧道「迂迴」通過。42號隧道位處高海拔、地形極端艱險、地質極為複雜、環境極其惡劣,施工期間更遭遇洞中進洞、洞上有洞、路小颱風豪雨濃霧、落石擠壓湧水、全球疫情缺工及俄烏戰爭炸藥短缺等技術難題。但經施工團隊應變處理後,於2024年5月17日終於完成全線「最後一哩路」,其挑戰過程與經驗,希供後續類似案例之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Alishan Forest Railway collapsed at Ch. +58km during Typhoon Morakot in 2009 was scheduled to be opened to traffic by the end of 2015. However the railway collapsed again because of Typhoon Dujuan in September 2009. For the sake of long-term operations, we construct the new tunnel No. 42 1,106m long bypassing the old tunnel. The new tunnel No. 42 is located at a hostile environment with high altitude, complex geological structure and rough terrain. There are more construction difficulties such as unstable labor productivity due to COVID-19, shortage of explosives after Russo-Ukrainian War, the heavy rain snapped the access road during Tropical Storm Lupit and so on. After construction team's flexible treatments, the construction finally completed at December 20, 2023. The challenge process and experience will be used as a reference for similar cases in the future. |
