| 英文摘要 | Purpose: We investigated the associations of kinematic parameters for the hip and knee joints with throw performance among hammer throwers. Methods: Three male college hammer throwers at the Open Group Level (age, 21.0 ± 1.0 years; height, 182.0 ± 1.0 cm; weight, 108.7 ± 9.7 kg; years of training, 10.3 ± 2.1 years) each performed six hammer throws. The kinematic parameters were collected and measured using a Xsens-DOT wearable sensor on the hip and knee joints. Nonparametric statistics (Friedman test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman's rank test) were used to determine the effects of the angular velocity, resultant velocity, and resultant acceleration of the throwers' hip and knee joints on their throw distance. Results: The derived values for the kinematic parameters were significantly higher (p <. 05) during the second to fourth turns than they were during the first turn but tended to be slightly lower during the release period. During the first and fourth turns, the throwers' hip joint resultant velocity and acceleration (r = 0.5~0.7, p <. 05) and their hip/knee joint ratio (r = 0.6, p <. 05) were significantly and positively correlated with their hammer throw distance. Conclusion: The kinematic parameters for the hip joints were significantly associated with hammer throw performance. In addition, athletes with a higher hip/knee joint ratio tended to exhibit greater improvements in lower extremity kinetic chain performance, enabling them to achieve greater hammer throw distances. |
