| 英文摘要 | Introduction: Technology for Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) has matured and is widely used across different sports levels and teams in recent years. However, Taiwan still lacks a long-term, user-friendly EMRs. Methods: In order to establish a suitable EMRs for Taiwan and develop a local epidemiological database of sports injuries and illnesses, this systematic review includes 30 studies focusing on (1) the perspective of development, useagility and data analysis, bases on "The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Consensus Statement: Methods for recording and reporting of epidemiological data on injury and illness in sport 2020" released by the IOC; (2) references Taiwan's "National Health Insurance Research Database" to propose short-, medium-, and long-term implementation strategies. Results: The systematic review showed that previous systems were limited to specific sports and rigid data collection formats, making them inconvenient to provide comprehensive and in-depth tracking and analysis of data, which unable to fully represent the scope of sports injuries. Conclusion: Future development of a localized system recommend should include not only adhering to international standards but also analyzing the local culture of injuries and illnesses to develop a system that addresses unique needs of Taiwan. Additionally, it is suggested that should focus on establishing relevant regulations to ensure the system's safety and utility. This would ultimately enhance the quality of athlete care and reduce injury risks. |
