| 中文摘要 | 隨著全球經濟與科技的迅速發展,物流產業已邁向智慧化轉型階段,人工智慧技術在其中扮演關鍵角色。面對電商蓬勃發展與顧客對物流效率與服務品質的高度期待,物流業者積極導入AI技術以提升營運效能與創新服務,成為現代供應鏈競爭力的重要指標。本研究旨在運用文獻回顧與實證調查,深入探討AI於物流產業中的應用現況與其帶來的營運影響,並進一步分析未來發展潛力與面臨挑戰。研究將以層級分析法構建AI智慧物流的技術應用構面,並透過問卷與專家訪談,評估其在營運效率、服務品質與顧客滿意度等層面的表現。接續結合重要性-績效分析法,探討物流業導入AI後的優勢與改善空間,並提出創新策略建議。本研究期望建構出一套AI智慧物流導入策略與應用模式,提供業界具體可行的操作依據,亦為學術界建立智慧物流理論基礎,促進物流產業的永續發展與數位轉型。 |
| 英文摘要 | Amid rapid economic and technological advancement, the logistics industry is undergoing a shift toward intelligent operations, with Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerging as a key enabler of efficiency and innovation. In response to the growth of e-commerce and evolving consumer expectations, AI technologies—such as smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and demand forecasting—are increasingly integrated into logistics processes. This study investigates the current state of AI applications in logistics, evaluates their impact on operational performance and service quality, and identifies strategic opportunities and challenges. Through literature review, surveys, and expert interviews, the research employs Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a framework of AIenabled logistics dimensions, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to assess performance gaps and propose innovation strategies. The findings aim to provide both theoretical insights and practical guidance for advancing smart logistics and fostering sustainable digital transformation in the industry. |
