| 中文摘要 | 臺灣屬於高腐蝕環境,為評估臺灣地區大氣腐蝕劣化因子對於鋅金屬腐蝕速率的影響,本文採用臺灣地區金屬材料腐蝕環境調查之數據,以迴歸分析法建立鋅金屬腐蝕速率與大氣腐蝕劣化因子間的迴歸模式,並依據統計推論應遵循之程序,完成迴歸模式顯著性、配適度檢定及確認基本假設符合,確立分析結果為具意義之模式。研究結果顯示:在臺灣地區目前的氣候條件與污染情境下,氯鹽沉積速率與二氧化硫沉積速率是影響鋅金屬腐蝕速率的顯著影響因子,兩者間之關係為對數線性關係,關係模式為:ln(Zn_(corr)) = 0.365 ln(Cl) + 0.098 ln(SO_2);模式顯示此2項腐蝕因子的變動可說明鋅金屬腐蝕速率變動的84.5%,其對鋅金屬腐蝕速率影響之相對重要性以氯鹽沉積速率較高,二氧化硫沉積速率次之。 |
| 英文摘要 | Taiwan exhibits a highly corrosive environment. This study evaluates the impact of atmospheric corrosion degrading factors on zinc metal corrosion rates in Taiwan, using data from the metal corrosion environment survey. The regression analysis is utilized to determine the correlation between zinc metal corrosion rates and atmospheric corrosion degradation factors. This study adheres to the statistical inference methodology, conducting significance and fitness tests for the regression model; consequently, it is posited that the fundamental assumptions are valid, making the analysis a meaningful model. The research results show that under the current climate conditions and pollution scenarios in Taiwan, the chloride salt deposition rate and the sulfur dioxide deposition rate are significant factors affecting the corrosion rate of zinc metal. The correlation between two variables is logarithmic linear, represented by the model: ln(Zn_(corr)) = 0.365 ln(Cl) + 0.098 ln(SO_2). It indicates that variations in these two corrosion factors account for 84.5% of the changes in the corrosion rate of zinc metal. The effect of the chloride salt deposition rate on the corrosion rate of zinc metal exceeds that of the sulfur dioxide deposition rate. |
