| 中文摘要 | 外加電流法(ICCP)是使用外接直流電源使得被保護物成為陰極,透過控制電流大小等等之方法來保護結構物。本實驗使用以邊界元素法為基礎的模擬軟體Beasy CP來模擬浮動式水下基礎在外加電流法下的防蝕效果,並且設計出合理的外加電流供電及位置。由研究結果可知使用21個陽極可達到較佳保護效果,在保護效果較差的浮台底部及結構凹處可以特別提高電流以達到保護效果。若不考慮陽極製作成本,較遠的陰陽極距離能使結構物達到較均勻的保護電位。 |
| 英文摘要 | To prevent corrosion damage to the structure, the impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) method employs an external DC power source to designate the protected object as the cathode, utilizing various current magnitudes and additional features. This experiment use Beasy CP, a simulation software applying the Boundary Element method, to simulate the corrosion impacts on the undersea foundation of a floating platform through the ICCP methods. It also determines an appropriate shape and location for the external current supply. The research results demonstrate that employing 21 power inputs may provide an enhanced protective effect. Specifically, increasing the protection current in the bottom and concave areas of the platform can enhance the protection effect. If the cost of anode is not considered, the greater distances between anode and cathode can also provide a more uniform protection potential for the structure. |
