| 英文摘要 | A peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) is appropriate for patients requiring venous access for several weeks to months or for those requiring central venous access. Utilization of a PICC can lower the incidence of central line-associated bloodstream infections (CLABSIs) and safeguard vessels from the risks associated with drug leakage. Selection of the most suitable venous catheter early, based on the patient's clinical condition, required medication, and anticipated duration of use, is crucial. Adherence to bundle care protocols is essential to minimize the occurrence of CLABSIs. |
