| 英文摘要 | Emergency patients often present with complex and severe conditions, making it essential to systematically cultivate the professional competence of nurses to improve care quality. This project aims to "Utilizing Multiple Strategies to Improve the Completion Rate of a Three- Month Training Program for New Emergency Nursing Staff "Analysis of key causes: unfamiliarity with clinical educational procedures, lack of dedicated personnel to monitor progress, uncertainty about how to manage the completion of required forms, inconsistent form review standards by clinical instructors, restricted access to virtual private network (VPN) permissions, and differing shift schedules between new nurses and clinical instructors. Project implementation: hosting in-service education sessions, establishing a cloud-based system for the Emergency Department, conducting regular audits of staff progress, designing a progress tracking flyer, standardizing the form review approval process, granting VPN access outside the hospital, and assigning younger clinical instructors to guide new nurses with varying shift schedules. As a result, the three-month training completion rate for new Emergency Department nursing staff increased from 17% to 100%. By employing multiple strategies, nurses are able to manage their own learning progress, while administrators can monitor completion rates in real-time. It is therefore recommended that this approach be extended to critical care units. |
