| 中文摘要 | 科技發展使穿戴裝置成為新的健康監測方式。隨全球人口老化,心房顫動將影響全世界,是重大健康議題。本文採用範域文獻查證,探討穿戴裝置對心房顫動老年人的可用性和依從性。根據Joanna Briggs Institute提出的範域文獻回顧研究步驟進行文獻搜尋,關鍵字包含穿戴裝置(wearable devices)、心房顫動(atrial fibrillation)、老年人(older adults)、可用性(usability)、依從性(adherence)。研究對象為心房顫動且65歲以上,根據PRISMA 2020版本進行文獻資萃取,最終5篇文獻進行分析。穿戴裝置能精準監測心房顫動,可用性方面,有效性及滿意度高,但受裝置電池續航力和儲存空間影響。依從性隨則時間下降,影響因素尚待探討。本研究可為未來相關政策和學術研究提供參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Technological advancements have positioned wearable devices as a novel approach to health monitoring. As the global population ages, atrial fibrillation will increasingly impact people worldwide, presenting a significant health concern. This study employs a scoping review to examine the usability and adherence of wearable devices among older adults with atrial fibrillation. Following the Joanna Briggs Institute's scoping review methodology, we conducted a literature search using keywords such as "wearable devices," "atrial fibrillation," "older adults," "usability," and "adherence." The study focused on individuals aged 65 and above with atrial fibrillation. Literature extraction adhered to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, resulting in the analysis of five articles. Findings indicate that wearable devices accurately monitor atrial fibrillation. The usability, high effectiveness, satisfaction rates, battery life, and storage capacity limitations pose challenges. Adherence tends to decrease over time, with influencing factors requiring further investigation. This research provides valuable insights for future policy development and academic studies. |
