| 中文摘要 | 臺灣西岸的彰化縣芳苑鄉王功潮間帶與臺南市四草濕地,從抗爭工業開發轉變成為海岸溼地生態之旅的熱門景點。本文分析遊客所感知兩處溼地之吸引力與限制,以及遊客對生態旅遊定義的認知,並進一步了解這兩處生態旅遊發展現狀。本研究採非記名式網路問卷調查,以便利抽樣及滾雪球法於2018年10月1日~2018年11月15日間發放問卷,總計回收425份有效問卷。若受訪者去過二處,則可以重複填寫問卷,分別有效卷數是王功潮間帶有208份,四草濕地有229份。研究結果發現王功潮間帶前三名的旅遊地吸引力是「乘坐採蚵車」、「海邊風景漂亮」及「夕陽很美」;四草濕地的吸引力則是「乘坐竹筏遊綠色隧道」、「植物」、「水鳥以外之動物」。「廁所不足」及「道路垃圾多」是兩處的共同缺失。王功潮間帶有較嚴重的「水環境垃圾多」,以及「採蚵車危險」,採蚵車載客則有合法性爭議,需要近一步介入輔導,形成社區生態旅遊之共識。四草濕地的「難停車」讓遊客相當有感。針對感知限制的項目,建議以總量管制為優先,在生態承載量之內,適當控制遊客數量與行為,始符合生態旅遊之原則。在週末假日遊客爆多之期間,以疏導遊客先轉往週邊景點,或是委託流動廁所服務;在垃圾問題上,建議舉辦能引導遊客參與減廢之環境教育活動。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Wanggong intertidal zone in Fangyuan Township, Changhua County, and the Sicao wetland in Tainan City on the west coast of Taiwan have transformed from resisting industrial development to becoming popular attractions for coastal wetland ecotourism. This paper analyzes the attractions and limitations of the two wetlands as perceived by tourists, as well as tourists' understanding of the definition of ecotourism, and further understands the current status of ecotourism development in the two wetlands. The findings of this study are significant as they provide insights into the current state of ecotourism in these wetlands, which can be used to inform future development strategies. This study used an anonymous online questionnaire survey and distributed questionnaires from October 1, 2018, to November 15, 2018, using convenience sampling and snowballing methods. A total of 425 valid questionnaires were collected. If the respondents had been to both places, they could fill in the questionnaires repeatedly. The number of valid questionnaires was 208 for the Wanggong intertidal zone and 229 for the Sicao wetland. The research results found that the top three attractions of the Wanggong intertidal zone were "riding an oyster-harvesting vehicle," "beautiful seaside scenery," and "beautiful sunset"; the attractions of the Sicao wetland were "riding a bamboo raft to tour the green tunnel," "plants" and "animals other than water birds." "Restrooms are insufficient" and "Lots of trash on the road" are the common deficiencies of the two destinations. The Wanggong intertidal zone has more serious "Lots of trash in the water environment" and "the danger of oyster-harvesting vehicles". The legality of oyster--harvesting vehicles carrying passengers is controversial, and further intervention and guidance are needed to form a consensus on community ecotourism. The "difficult parking" in Sicao Wetland is quite noticeable to tourists. For projects with perceived constraints, it is recommended to prioritize total quantity control and appropriately control the number and behavior of tourists within the ecological carrying capacity to comply with ecotourism principles. During the weekends and holidays, when there are many tourists, guide tourists to go to surrounding attractions first or entrust mobile toilet services; on the issue of garbage, it is recommended to hold environmental education activities that can guide tourists to participate in waste reduction. |
