| 英文摘要 | The advancement of technology has led to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into various fields, including law. Currently, legal judgments are typically made by judges, and the general public often lacks expertise in legal matters. As a result, they may require assistance from legal professionals such as lawyers and prosecutors. Having a system that can help individuals access relevant information about their cases can effectively aid them in understanding their situation without relying solely on others. Legal professionals can also benefit from such a system by quickly obtaining judgments from similar cases and predicting sentences and fines, which can serve as references for their judgments. The aim of this research project is to establish a legal prediction system with five main functionalities: displaying risk terms, classifying case types, predicting sentences and fines, and providing similar judgment documents. By converting the intricate narrative style of legal documents into risk terms, the content becomes easier to comprehend. Predictions of sentences and fines offer potential sentencing outcomes, while access to similar judgment documents allows individuals to gain deeper insights into their own situations, enabling them to better prepare in advance. |
