| 中文摘要 | 目的:阻力訓練可增加執行者肌肉的功能與質量,對於肌少症前期老年患者改 善成效待探索。本文旨以實證文獻回顧與應用的方式探討阻力訓練對於肌少症前 期患者肌肉功能及質量之成效。 方法:使用 PubMed、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、EMBASE、華藝線上圖書 館等國內外資料庫,完整檢索關於抗阻訓練對老年肌少症患者結果變量影響的隨 機對照試驗。審查 2018 年 1 月至 2023 年 2 月間的研究,篩選出 3 篇 RCT 文章評 讀,並應用於急診就醫的 3 位第 2 型糖尿病肌少症前期患者,進行 10 週的阻力訓 練,以 SARC-CalF 為測量標準比較前後之肌肉功能及質量變化。 結果:進行 10 週阻力訓練後,SARC-CalF 分數由平均 13 分降至 11.6 分,而 小腿圍由平均 32 公分提升 32.5 公分,雖小腿圍仍未到達建議切點,但對於整體 評估的五個構面皆有提升。 結論:簡易而持續的阻力運動訓練具有維持老年肌少症前期之肌肉功能與質量 的臨床效益,可作為實踐預防與延緩長者衰弱與失能的照護依據。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: Resistance training holds the potential to augment muscle function and mass in individuals, with its specific benefits in enhancing outcomes for older adults with presarcopenia yet to be thoroughly investigated. This study seeks to examine the impact of resistance training on muscle function and mass in older adults with pre-sarcopenia by conducting a comprehensive review and analysis of empirical literature. Methods: Five databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, EMBASE, and the Airiti Library) were searched to identify randomized controlled trials that explore the effects of resistance training on outcome variables in older adults with sarcopenia. Studies conducted between January 2018 and February 2023 were reviewed, and three randomized controlled trial articles were selected for evaluation. The intervention involved 10 weeks of resistance training for three patients with pre-sarcopenia and type 2 diabetes in an emergency department. Muscle function and mass changes were assessed using the SARC-CalF measurement standard. Results: Following the 10-week resistance training program, the SARC-CalF score declined from an average of 13 to 11.6, while calf circumference increased from an average of 32 cm to 32.5 cm. Despite the calf circumference not reaching the recommended threshold, enhancements were evident across all five dimensions of the overall assessment. Conclusion: A straightforward and consistent resistance exercise regimen exhibits clinical advantages in preserving muscle function and mass among older adults with presarcopenia. It provides a practical foundation for preventive and delayed care in addressing the vulnerabilities and disabilities associated with aging. |
