| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討基隆市國民小學附設幼兒園教師兼任園主任的意願與其影 響因素,以 112 學年度基隆市公立國民小學現任之編制內正式教師為對象進行 問卷調查。本研究共回收有效問卷 81 份,有效率達 94%,藉以了解基隆市國民 小學附設幼兒園教師兼任園主任意願及其影響因素之現況,並探討各層面影響 因素與教師兼任園主任意願關係。利用統計分析所得研究結論如下:一、基隆市 國民小學附設幼兒園教師兼任園主任意願為中低程度。二、「個人因素」、「學校 因素」屬中度影響;「家庭與社會因素」、「薪資福利因素」屬中低度影響。三、 「個人因素」、「薪資福利因素」與兼任園主任意願為高度相關,「家庭與社會因 素」、「學校因素」與兼任園主任意願則為中度相關。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the willingness of preschool teachers in Keelung Elementary Preschool to concurrently serve as Principals and the influencing factors. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting current full-time preschool teachers in Keelung City in 2023. The study collected a total of 81 valid questionnaires, achieving a response rate of 94%. The participants’ current situations were explored to identify differences in willingness, and to investigate the relationship between various influencing factors and the teachers' willingness to serve as Principals of affiliated kindergartens. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The willingness of teachers in Keelung Elementary Preschool to concurrently serve as Principals is of moderate to low degree. 2."Personal factors" and "school factors" have a moderate influence; "family and social factors" and "salary and benefit factors" have a moderate to low influence. 3."Personal factors" and "salary and benefit factors" are highly correlated with the willingness to serve as principal concurrently, while "family and social factors" and "school factors" are moderately correlated with this willingness. |
