| 中文摘要 | 日本教師正面臨諸多教育情境的變化,例如:根據 PISA 評比結果與 COVID-19 疫情所帶來的挑戰進行課程綱要的修訂。本文探討「GIGA 學校計畫」 這項最新教育改革計畫對偏鄉小學所產生的正面影響。教師在參與此項計畫之 前,曾在運用資訊科技(ICT)與其他學校進行溝通方面遭逢困難。本文介紹日 本和歌山地區的相關實踐案例,以及本校研究所進行的程式設計師資培訓活 動。筆者認為在文部科學省推動整併或廢校政策的背景下,應重新思考小規模 學校的價值,也應針對教師運用程式設計作為教學工具的學習機會進行討論與 規劃。 |
| 英文摘要 | Japanese teachers face the changing situations such as revising the Course of Study according to the PISA results and the COVID-19 pandemic. In this paper, I reported the positive impact of the latest reform plan of the “GIGA school project” on rural and small schools. Before the project, the participant teachers were challenging to use ICT to communicate with other schools. I introduced examples of Wakayama, Japan, and teacher training for programming at our graduate school. Consequently, I argue that it is necessary to reconsider the value of small schools in contract to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT)’s proposed policy of closing them. Preparing teachers for opportunities to learn programming for teaching tools should also be discussed. |
