| 英文摘要 | Faced with the challenges of a global aging society and extended life expectancy, countries around the world have been actively formulating responsive policies and transforming existing lifestyles and educational models to promote healthy aging. This article explores how intergenerational learning can enhance the self-worth of older adults and analyzes relevant research findings and practical strategies. Intergenerational learning not only facilitates communication and interaction between different generations, but also enhances the self-worth of older adults in their later years through life story sharing, wisdom transmission, and cross-generational collaborative learning. This article aims to serve as a reference for researchers and practitioners, providing insights for the planning of intergenerational learning activities and policy formulation in the future. The ultimate goal is to promote the self-worth of older adults and create a society where different generations can thrive together in harmony. |
