| 英文摘要 | Background: Virtual reality (VR) offers immersive training environments for emergency medical services (EMS), enhancing professional skills and response capabilities by simulating real-life scenarios and adapting training based on user feedback. Methods: A systematic review following PRISMA guidelines was conducted using PubMed, Web of Science, and Airiti Library with keywords including "Virtual Reality," "Medical Rescue," and "Emergency Medical Service." Results: Thirteen studies highlighted VR's role in clinical skills training and mass casualty simulations, providing a safe platform for skill enhancement. Five studies focused on VR in education, emphasizing its potential as a teaching tool. Conclusions: VR improved CPR outcomes, including adequate compression rates and FCR metrics, but showed limited impact on tourniquet training. For mass casualty scenarios, VR enabled self-directed practice and response evaluation in realistic virtual environments. |
