| 中文摘要 | 過去12年(2011至2023年)發生於台灣國有林的林火案例進行分析,發現在春夏季為林火危險月份。且隨著氣候變遷影響,台灣氣候與過去相比有變化的趨勢,間接增加火災風險,為觀察影響野火發生的因素,本研究透過小尺度燃燒進行研究觀察,並透過改變燃料負載及燃料含水量兩個因子觀察不同孔隙密度下燃燒速度的變化。研究發現若要有效降低火災發生風險,可以透過增加燃料含水率及減少燃料堆積負載預防,透過適時撒水預防旱地及枯枝落葉等可燃物堆積的清掃工作,進行人為預防工作。同時,若火災發生時救災人員有即時監測環境及撤離相關危險人員,應可將風險降至最低。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study analyzed forest fire cases that occurred in Taiwan's state-owned forests in the past 12 years (2011 to 2023) and found that spring and summer are the most dangerous months for forest fires. And with the impact of climate change, Taiwan's climate is changing compared with the past, which indirectly increases the risk of fire. In order to observe the factors that affect the occurrence of wildfires, this study conducted research and observations through small-scale burning, and changed the fuel loading and fuel moisture content the two factors are used to observe the changes in combustion speed under different pore densities. The study found that to effectively reduce the risk of fire, human prevention can be carried out by increasing the moisture content of the fuel and reducing the fuel accumulation load, and by timely sprinkling water to prevent the accumulation of combustible materials such as dry land and litter, etc. In addition, when a fire occurs, disaster relief personnel immediately monitor the environment and evacuate relevant dangerous personnel to minimize risks. |
