| 中文摘要 | 台灣面臨少子化、高齡化、兩性投入職場等社會型態改變,在家安養是多數長輩 的期望,依衛福部 111 年老人狀況調查 65 歲以上長者 9 成 1 希望住在家宅,讓 長輩在家就能得到照顧而不需到機構,且有多種服務品項供選擇是重要的趨勢及 議題。研究者之前為家政專業,目前從事居家照顧服務工作,服務項目以 BA05 餐食照顧為主。研究者希望能進一步瞭解居家照顧服務員對家政內涵的瞭解及認 知,以及居家照顧服務員在 BA05 餐食照顧的實務經驗。研究目的為:1、瞭解 居服員對家政內涵概念的認知。2、探討家政膳食與生活在 BA05 餐食照顧之實 踐。3、根據研究結果提供給居服員、政府相單位及未來研究建議。本研究以半 結構式訪談作為資料蒐集方式,再以主題分析進行資料分析。研究結果為餐食照 顧應由下列三個方向著手:1. 循序漸進:鼓勵、勸導、慢慢的調整口味。2. 善用 廚房工具:節省時間。3. 膳食營養:攝取蛋白質食物。根據研究結果提出:1、 給居服員的建議。2、給政府相關單位的建議。3、未來研究建議。 |
| 英文摘要 | Taiwan is facing social changes such as a declining birthrate, an aging population, and both sexes entering the workplace. Most elders hope to be cared for at home. According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's 111th Elderly Survey, 91% of those aged 65 and over hope to live at home. It is an important trend and issue that the elderly can be cared for at home without going to an institution and have a variety of service options to choose from. The researcher previously majored in home economics and is currently engaged in home care services, with the service items mainly focusing on BA05 meal care. The researchers hope to further understand the home care workers’ understanding and cognition of the connotation of housekeeping, as well as the home care workers’ practical experience in BA05 meal care. The purpose of the study is: 1. To understand the understanding of the concept of housekeeping by the housekeepers. 2. Explore the practice of domestic meals and living in BA05 meal care. 3. Provide suggestions to residents, government departments and future research based on the research results. This study used semi-structured interviews as a data collection method, followed by thematic analysis for data analysis. The research results show that dietary care should be carried out in the following three directions: 1. Gradual approach: encouragement, persuasion, and slowly adjusting the taste. 2. Make good use of kitchen tools: save time. 3. Dietary nutrition: consume protein foods. Based on the research results, the following suggestions are put forward: 1. Suggestions for resident service workers. 2. Suggestions to relevant government agencies. 3. Suggestions for future research. |
