| 英文摘要 | Contemporary high-performance athletes often grow up under prolonged and intense competitive pressure, with training and athletic performance frequently serving as the primary evaluation criteria. This environment can lead to both physical and mental fatigue, and may suppress intrinsic motivation and the capacity for autonomous exploration, ultimately impacting overall athletic performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of an experiential learning program on athletes’ team cohesion and frustration tolerance. The intervention involved an 8-hour experiential education course centered on rope challenge activities, targeting 12 national-level boxing athletes. The course focused on cultivating team cohesion and tolerance for setbacks. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining in-depth post-activity interviews and reflective journaling to analyze psychological changes and team interaction dynamics after participation. The results indicate that the athletes showed significant improvements in team identification, mutual respect, self-confidence, and the ability to cope with adversity following the program. Through challenge-based activities, peer collaboration, and guided reflection, the course not only strengthened individual psychological resilience but also deepened interpersonal connections among teammates, enhancing overall team efficiency. The findings further suggest that integrating experiential education principles into high-intensity sports training environments can help athletes regain training motivation and foster positive psychological resilience. However, as this study involved a one-time intervention, longterm effects could not be observed. Future studies are recommended to implement ongoing programs with pre- and post-assessments to evaluate the sustained benefits and impact of experiential education on athletes facing prolonged stress and challenges. |
