| 中文摘要 | 本文以國立臺灣師範大學圖書館為例,探討校史特藏的經營與管理實務。臺師大圖書館於2006年接管校史資料,並於2007年成立專責單位,持續推動校史特藏資料之徵集、保存、數位化與應用。近年來透過常設展、主題特展、漫畫出版、轉譯創作、VR虛擬實境等多元方式深化校史特藏推廣,同時,也與外部機構合作籌辦研習班及交流活動,提升校史研究與經營管理能力。本文亦提供三項實務建議,包括整合校內外資源與跨單位合作、導入創新展示手法與數位科技、以及強化對外連結與多元參與等,期能持續深化校史特藏的保存與創新,以為文化資產永續經營的基礎。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper takes the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) Library as a case study to examine the practical aspects of managing and operating university history and special collections. NTNU Library assumed responsibility for school archive in 2006 and founded a dedicated division in 2007. Since then, the library has continued to promote the acquisition, preservation, digitization, and utilization of historical and special collections. In recent years, the library has diversified its outreach through permanent and thematic exhibitions, manga publications, storytelling, and virtual reality experiences. It has also collaborated with external institutions to organize workshops and exchange activities, thereby enhancing its archival research and management capacities. This paper concludes with three practical recommendations: integrating internal and external resources through cross-departmental collaboration; introducing innovative exhibition approaches and digital technologies; and strengthening external connections and encouraging broader public engagement. These strategies aim to further the preservation and innovative development of university archives, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable management of cultural heritage. |
