| 中文摘要 | BYOD & THSD(Bring Your Own Device and Take-Home Student Device)計畫旨在實現在校與在家數位學習的無縫接軌,其中THSD計畫尤其看重學生在家使用載具進行學習,家長在計畫中扮演關鍵角色。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Bring Your Own Device and Take-Home Student Device (BYOD & THSD) initiatives aim to seamlessly integrate digital learning, with THSD focusing on students taking devices home to extend learning. Parents play a pivotal role. This study surveyed 16,711 parents and collected 8,376 valid responses on five aspects: school's THSD support, parents' THSD value beliefs, parents' THSD information capabilities, parents' THSD participation, and students' THSD learning behaviors. Comparative analysis was conducted based on four background variables (regional attributes, participation in parent-teacher seminars, degree of understanding of the program, and number of semesters the student vehicle was brought home). Findings show schools should enhance THSD support, such as hosting seminars and improving communication. Parents' THSD value beliefs need bolstering to favor autonomous learning and performance gains, while their THSD information capabilities require advanced operational and management training. Parents' THSD participation should foster parent-teacher interaction and workshop attendance. For student' THSD learning behaviors, parents suggest improving interaction and process management skills. Comparative analysis indicates that parents from non-mountain, non-urban areas give the lowest ratings, while those who have attended parent-teacher seminars exhibit more positive attitudes. Higher levels of understanding of the program are associated with better evaluations, and parents whose children have taken devices home for more semesters tend to hold more optimistic views. These findings can assist schools in developing targeted strategies for different parental backgrounds, enhancing the effectiveness of the THSD program. |
