| 中文摘要 | 本文探討一位抗NMDA受體腦炎個案於術後一年復發卵巢畸胎瘤,行腹腔鏡卵巢腫瘤切除手術之術後照護經驗,護理期間自2022年7月31日至8月2日,筆者以觀察、會談、直接照護、身體評估、訪視及電話聯絡等方式收集資料,運用整體性生理、心理、社會、靈性評估,確立個案有疼痛、無力感,其母親也出現照顧者角色緊張的健康問題,護理期間針對個案於青春期的發展提供個別性照護,配合傾聽、關懷方式,鼓勵個案說出內心感受,並運用通訊軟體與同儕聯繫以減輕無力感,同時教導轉移注意力等方法來緩解疼痛,協助案母更了解個案疾病相關知識及找尋自己喜愛的事物並執行,以減輕照護壓力,期望藉此照護經驗提供日後護理人員照護之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | This article described the postoperative nursing experience of caring a patient with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis who encountered recurrence of ovarian teratoma a year after surgery and underwent laparoscopic ovarian tumor resection. The nursing care period was from July 31 to August 2, 2022. The author applied holistic aspect of physical, psychological, social and spiritual evaluationas the assessment framework and collected data through observation, conversation, direct care, physical assessment, pay visits, and telephone communication. The health issues identified include pain, powerlessness, and the patient's mother was shown caregiver role strain. According to the development of the patient during adolescence, individualized care was provided with listening and caring methods to encourage the patient to express her inner feelings and use communication device to connect with her friends to reduce the feelings of powerlessness. At the same time, she was taught to divert attention to relieve pain, and assist her mother to understand more about the patient's disease-related knowledge. Encouraging her to find something she likes doing and implement those activities to reduce the caregiver's stress. It is hoped that this care experience can provide nursing staff as a reference for caring. |
