| 英文摘要 | Among the causes of cancer death in 2023, gastrointestinal cancer accounts for five of the causes, with hepatobiliary cancer accounts for the most, followed by colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, and esophageal cancer. There are many reasons for malnutrition in gastrointestinal cancer patients, and earlier undernutrition symptoms are more likely to prompt effective interventions than refractory cachexia. Adequate nutrition is often considered by patients and their families to be closely related to the recovery of illness. About 40%-80% of patients with gastrointestinal cancer suffer from malnutrition. Common nutritional support routes mainly include parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition. This article research nutrition assessment and provides care recommendations that the care team can implement. These include nutritional care and assessment as well as therapy for gastrointestinal cancer patients, providing reference for clinical staff, and hence assisting nutritional care for gastrointestinal cancer patients after surgery to improve the quality of care. |
