| 英文摘要 | This article describes a middle-aged woman with Steven-Johnson syndrome induced by a drug allergy. During hospitalization, she suffered from severe pain due to extensive skin and mucosal membrane damage and was unconfident about future medication. During the nursing period, from June 16 to 29 in 2021, through a good nurse and patient relationship, data was collected by observation, interviews, listening, physical assessment, medical records and so on. Applying Gordon's 11 Functional Health Assessment to conduct nursing assessments and established that the case encounters three health issues such as pain, potential risk of infection, and anxiety. The author provides individualized care by utilizing a cross-team mode, discusses the timing when using analgesic drugs, sets up a dedicated wound care box to maintain the consistency of dressing changes, uses non-stick dressings and hydrophilic silver ion dressings to reduce the frequency of dressing changes, and guides personal preferable skills for relaxation, making an individual "drug allergy booklet" for future reference of medical prescriptions, assessing emotional stress with the Brief Symptom Rating Scale-5 (BSRS-5) daily, encouraging expression of feelings, in order to regain confidence, and enable to face the future. Through the collective efforts of the medical team, we have successfully enhanced the confidence of the patient in her subsequent treatment and assisted her in maintaining consistent wound care after returning home. We hope that by sharing this clinical experience, it can serve as a reference for healthcare professionals in the future care of similar patients. |
