| 中文摘要 | 近年來,隨著環境保育觀念的提升,「減少地表開挖」的理念,已逐漸落實在隧道設計及 施工實務上。以往,淺埋隧道採「明挖法」開膛剖肚的方式,已逐漸被「暗挖法」或「蓋挖法」 直接穿越所取代。因此,低於 3 公尺覆蓋之超淺埋隧道,在未來一段期間內,即使是在一些地 質不盡理想的區段,將不斷被挑戰。本文以臺灣南部剛完工的白河水庫繞庫防淤隧道為例,探 討蓋挖法在超淺覆隧道之應用。由於本案例順沿水庫邊緣施工,不僅覆蓋極薄,遭遇的水庫淤 泥自立性極差,幾乎非原設計之工法足以因應。但經採取「拱蓋工法」及「覆版工法」等先蓋 後挖之補強技術後,成功通過,其處理經驗與心得,希供後續類似案例之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | In recent years, with the increasing awareness of environmental conservation, the concept of "reducing surface excavation" has gradually been implemented in the tunnel design and construction practices. In the past, the shallow-buried tunnels were excavated using the "cut-and-cover method", but this has gradually been replaced by the "tunnel boring method" or " covered excavation method". Therefore, the ultra-shallow buried tunnels with a cover of less than 3 meters, even in some geologically challenging sections, will be challenged in the near future. This article takes the example of the anti-siltation tunnel around the Baihe Reservoir which is under construction in southern Taiwan to explore the application of the cut-and-cover method in ultra-shallow covered tunnels. Due to the ultra-shallow covered construction being adjacent to the edge of the reservoir and the extremely poor self-supporting ability of the reservoir silt encountered, almost none of the original design methods were sufficient to cope with the situation. However, after measures were taken, such as the "arch-cover method" and the "cover-plate method", it barely passed. Hoping the handling experience and insights are provided for reference in similar cases in the future. |
