| 中文摘要 | 人工智慧AI 在影視產業的應用受到各界矚目,尤其生成式AI(AIGC) 如ChatGPT 問世後,包括劇本撰寫、影片剪接、後製特效,甚至角色設計等 都可以運用AI 參與並且高效率的完成。AI 在影視內容的應用一方面顛覆傳 統的產製流程,在即時生成速度與創意內容上帶來各種可能性,但另方面也 帶來可能的人力取代、失業或應用侵權等爭議,成為影視界大量應用AI 參與 內容製作時必須同步思考的課題。本研究從影視製作觀點出發看生AIGC 對 內容創作的應用,訪談四位資深影視從業者,分別從導演、編劇、製作人與 行銷角色探討未來AIGC 對影視產業流程的幫助與挑戰。經由訪談結果,本 研究提出幾點結論:其一,目前AIGC 仍無法模仿情緒細節,不可能全面取 代編劇或真人演員角色,但能成為輔助編劇、導演或提供創意的重要工具。 其二,在影視內容製作過程中,AIGC 可提供協助選角、排表、生成分鏡、提 供多樣化的剪接與特效等功能,大幅提升製作效率。其三,運用AIGC 精準 行銷可提高影視作品行銷效果。其四,未來市場上將出現大量人機合製的影 視內容作品,改寫傳播生態。其五,為解決越來越多AI 應用之智財權爭議, 政府應思考制定AI 應用專法,以符合影視業AI 應用需求而非僅依靠現行法 規。AIGC 在國內影視內容創作應用尚屬起步階段,相關學術研究與討論亦不 多見,本研究拋磚引玉從實際的內容產製面進行AI 應用討論,期盼在影視產 業大量應用AI 之際,帶動討論其功能、角色、法規配套、侵權爭議等相關思 考與解決之道。 |
| 英文摘要 | The application of AI in film and television content has attracted attention, especially after the emergence of ChatGPT, which can assist in script writing, film editing, post-production, and even character design, etc., can all use AI and be completed efficiently. AI has a disruptive impact on content production and brings various creative possibilities. However, on the other hand, it also brings disputes such as unemployment or application infringement, which has become an issue that must be considered when the film and television industry uses AI in large-scale production. This study starts from the perspective of content production and interviews four directors, screenwriters, producers and marketers to discuss the help and challenges of AI in content production. After interviews, several conclusions were made: First, currently AI cannot imitate emotional details and cannot completely replace screenwriters or actors, but it may become an auxiliary tool. Second, in the content production process, AI can help with casting, scheduling, storyboard generation, and provide diverse editing and other functions to improve production efficiency. Third, the use of AI for precise marketing can improve the marketing effect of film and television works. Fourth, a large number of AI-based film and television content works will appear on the market in the future, rewriting the communication ecology. Fifth, the government should consider formulating AIspecific laws to meet the needs of AI applications. AI applications are still in their infancy, and there are not many related academic studies. This study discusses AI's functions, roles, regulations, infringement and other disputes from an industrial perspective and attempts to propose solutions. |
